  • MJM Offshore Ltd is pleased to present a rare opportunity to acquire the SWIBER KAIZEN 4000, a large-scale offshore construction asset currently located at a major Chinese shipyard against undergoing conversion into a DP3 Heavy Lift & Pipelay Construction Vessel.

  • Originally developed as a 3,800-ton heavy lift derrick vessel, the project underwent substantial engineering and capital investment to transform the asset into a state-of-the-art DP3 offshore construction and pipelay vessel capable of supporting major offshore energy developments worldwide.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

  • Due to the financial collapse and subsequent liquidation of the previous operating company, the conversion programme was suspended prior to final completion and commissioning.

  • The vessel is presently in cold lay-up and under the control of Chinese financial and shipyard interests.
