MJM Offshore Ltd is pleased to present a rare opportunity to acquire the SWIBER KAIZEN 4000, a large-scale offshore construction asset currently located at a major Chinese shipyard against undergoing conversion into a DP3 Heavy Lift & Pipelay Construction Vessel.

Originally developed as a 3,800-ton heavy lift derrick vessel, the project underwent substantial engineering and capital investment to transform the asset into a state-of-the-art DP3 offshore construction and pipelay vessel capable of supporting major offshore energy developments worldwide.
PROJECT OVERVIEW

Due to the financial collapse and subsequent liquidation of the previous operating company, the conversion programme was suspended prior to final completion and commissioning.

The vessel is presently in cold lay-up and under the control of Chinese financial and shipyard interests.
