Know Your Client (KYC)
In the course of transactions, MJM may undertake reasonable due diligence checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of clients and counterparties.
Failure to provide requested information may result in the suspension or termination of discussions.
Confidentiality
All transactions and communications handled by MJM are treated with strict confidentiality and, where appropriate, subject to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Right to Refuse Engagement
MJM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or withdraw from any transaction or relationship that presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
