MJM Offshore Ltd is an independent offshore vessel brokerage and advisory firm specialising in the sale, acquisition, and chartering of high-value offshore assets.

Operating from Hong Kong, MJM works directly with vessel owners, leading Chinese shipyards, and offshore service providers to facilitate international transactions across the offshore energy sector. Our main focus and expertise is on Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) subsea construction vessels, and specialist offshore tonnage. MJM combines practical offshore experience with commercial brokerage expertise. With a background operating in demanding North Sea environments since the mid 70’s, we understand the technical, operational, and safety requirements that define successful offshore projects. This enables us to assess vessel capability not only from a commercial perspective, but from real operational performance.

We maintain direct relationships with our strategic business partners and shipyards across China, providing access to newbuild opportunities, resale tonnage, and strategic asset placements. Our position within the Asian market allows us to connect international buyers with competitively priced assets and structured transaction opportunities.

Our brokerage approach is disciplined, transparent and commercially focused. We work closely with principals, owners, and qualified buyers, managing transactions from initial introduction through to negotiation and completion. A significant portion of our business is conducted on a confidential basis, including off-market opportunities not publicly advertised.

MJM does not operate as an open listing platform. We act as a controlled intermediary, ensuring that all parties are properly introduced, qualified, and aligned before progressing discussions.
